Cancellation within 7 days of booking
You will receive a full refund providing the course date is over 14 days from your cancellation date. If this is the case, you will be given the option of a credit note against any courses we run or to book on to the next course of the same subject matter.
Cancellation 30 days before the course date
You will receive a full refund. Alternatively you can opt for a credit note against any other courses we run or to book on to the next course of the same subject matter.
Cancellation after 30 days and before 14 days.
You will receive a 50% refund against your purchase. Alternatively you can opt for a credit note against any other courses we run or to book on to the next course of the same subject matter.
Cancellation after 14 days before the course date.
Refunds are not available 14 days before the course date. However, we will provide you with a credit note against any other courses we run or you can book on to the next course of the same subject matter.
Cancellation of online Seminars, Courses or Support Sessions
Please note that refunds are not available for any online bookings. However, they will be recorded so this can be sent to you following an emailed request.
PLEASE NOTE:
Refunds will take between 3 and 5 days to process and will be paid via BACS into your bank account. Any administration or transaction fees will be deducted from the amount paid.
